These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date at the top of the policy. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
