Terms of Service.

By commissioning EETTI TECH ("Agency", "we", "us") for services, signing an estimate, issuing a purchase order, or remitting milestone deposits, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Every commercial engagement is executed pursuant to an individualized Statement of Work (SOW) or service estimate defining:

• The scope of deliverables (features, tech stack, campaigns, designs, or integration targets).
• Project schedule, sprint cycles, and estimated completion dates.
• Milestone payment schedules and applicable service fee structures.
• Client-specific assumptions and third-party dependencies.

Software engineering and digital marketing campaigns frequently evolve as commercial insights emerge. Any requested feature, design revision, or technical requirement not explicitly itemized in the active SOW constitutes a Change Request (CR).

EETTI TECH will provide an estimated timeline impact and supplemental quote for CRs before proceeding. Work on approved CRs proceeds only upon mutual written confirmation (via email or official project tracking portals).

We respect the primacy of client intellectual property:

For clients retaining our Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), or Social Media Marketing services:

• Search Engine Rankings: We apply rigorous white-hat SEO best practices, technical audits, and high-authority content strategies. However, because search engine ranking algorithms (Google, Bing) are proprietary, autonomous, and continuously updated, no agency can ethically guarantee a specific rank position or permanent #1 placement.
• Ad Spend Billing: Direct advertising expenditure on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, or X Ads is paid directly by the Client to the respective ad platform via the Client's linked credit card or billing profile. EETTI TECH's fees cover professional campaign architecture, creative production, audience modeling, bidding management, and optimization.
• Social Media Platform Policies: We maintain strict compliance with platform developer and advertiser policies. We are not liable for account restrictions or reach fluctuations caused by third-party platform algorithm alterations or policy enforcement.

Every custom website, mobile app, and bespoke software system undergoes rigorous internal quality assurance before being deployed to a dedicated staging environment for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

To ensure projects launch on schedule and within budget, the Client agrees to:

• Provide brand assets, product catalogs, photography, copy, and required API credentials in a timely manner.
• Review sprint deliverables, staging previews, and design prototypes within 5 business days of submission.
• Ensure that all content, logos, and materials provided to EETTI TECH are free from copyright infringement or third-party trademark claims.

Our invoicing structure adheres strictly to the following parameters:

  Milestone Disbursements: Projects are billed against predefined milestones (typically Advance / Design Approval / Development Staging / Final Production Deployment). Advance deposits are non-refundable once sprint planning commences.

  Due Dates: Invoices are payable within seven (7) business days from date of issuance. Unpaid balances past thirty (30) days may result in temporary suspension of staging servers or campaign management.
• ✔
  Taxes (GST): All quotes are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (currently 18% GST in India). Valid GSTIN numbers must be furnished prior to invoice generation for input tax credit claims.

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential all technical specifications, customer records, pricing terms, software logic, and strategic marketing formulas shared during the course of the engagement. Neither party shall disclose Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent.

Unless the Client executes an explicit White-Label or Non-Disclosure Addendum prior to project commencement, EETTI TECH reserves the right to include screenshots, case study metrics (e.g. traffic growth percentages), and descriptions of the completed project on our official website, case studies, and social channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Either party may terminate a retainer or project engagement upon thirty (30) days' written notice, or immediately if the other party commits a material breach and fails to cure such breach within fifteen (15) days of notice.

Upon termination, the Client shall pay EETTI TECH for all completed milestones, hourly work, and committed third-party expenses incurred up to the effective termination date.

These Terms of Service, along with all Statements of Work, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through amicable mutual discussions. In the event informal discussions fail, the courts situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any claims or proceedings.
